Tiny Orbit Apps ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Color Match mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the practices described herein.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, we receive your display name, email address, and profile photo URL as provided by the authentication provider. You may also set a custom in-app username.
• Game Data: Your game statistics including scores, levels reached, combo streaks, reaction times, achievement progress, and total games played.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and general diagnostic data collected through Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob.
• Usage Data: App interaction patterns, session duration, screens visited, game events, and crash reports collected through Firebase Analytics.
• Advertising Data: Google AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP address, and general location data (country/region level) to serve and measure ads.

1.3 Information from Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In: Display name, email address, profile photo, and unique Google account identifier.
• Sign in with Apple: Name (if shared by user), email address (which may be a private relay address), and unique Apple account identifier.
• Google Play Games Services: Player ID, display name, and game-related data such as achievement status and leaderboard scores.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

3.1 Firebase (Google LLC)

• Firebase Authentication: Manages user sign-in via Google and Apple. Stores authentication tokens and basic profile data. Firebase Privacy
• Cloud Firestore: Stores user game data (scores, settings, achievements, username) in the cloud to enable cross-device sync.
• Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymized usage statistics and app events to help us understand how users interact with the App. Analytics Policy

3.2 Google AdMob (Google LLC)

We display interstitial and rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process:

• Device advertising identifiers (GAID / IDFA)
• IP address and approximate location
• Device and app information
• Ad interaction data (views, clicks)

3.3 Google Play Games Services (Google LLC)

If you use Google Play Games, your player profile, achievement progress, and leaderboard scores are shared with Google Play Games Services. See Google Privacy Policy.

3.4 Google Sign-In (Google LLC)

Used for authentication. We request access to your basic profile information (name, email, profile photo). See Google Privacy Policy.

3.5 Sign in with Apple (Apple Inc.)

Used for authentication on iOS. Apple may provide a private relay email address to protect your real email. See Apple Privacy Policy.

4. Local Data Storage

The App stores certain data locally on your device using SharedPreferences:

• Game settings (music, sound effects, haptic feedback, notification preferences)
• Game statistics (high score, best reaction time, total games played, max combo, max level)
• Achievement unlock status
• Username

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you sign in with a Google or Apple account, in which case it is synced to Cloud Firestore.

5. Notifications

The App may send local push notifications (e.g., reminders to play) using Flutter Local Notifications. These notifications are generated and scheduled entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers. You can disable notifications at any time through the App's settings or your device settings.

6. Data Retention

• Local Data: Stored on your device until you uninstall the App or clear app data.
• Cloud Data (Firestore): Retained as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).
• Analytics Data: Retained by Firebase Analytics per Google's standard retention policies (default: 14 months).
• Advertising Data: Retained by Google AdMob per their data retention policies.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following circumstances:

• Third-Party Service Providers: As described in Section 3, data is shared with Firebase, AdMob, and Google Play Games Services to operate the App.
• Leaderboards: Your username and game score are visible to other users on the in-app leaderboard and Google Play Games leaderboard if you opt to participate.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 9. Your Rights and Choices

9.1 Account and Data

• Access: You can view your game data within the App's Stats screen.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your cloud data by contacting us at the email below. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
• Sign Out: You can sign out of your Google or Apple account at any time through the App's settings, which stops further cloud syncing.

9.2 Advertising

• You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device's advertising settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android or "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS).
• You can reset your advertising identifier through your device settings.

9.3 Notifications

• You can disable notifications in the App's settings screen or through your device's system settings.

9.4 Permissions

• The App may request permission for notifications. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.

10. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS/TLS for all network communications
• Firebase Authentication tokens for secure API access
• Firestore Security Rules to restrict data access to authenticated users

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where Google's servers are located. By using the App, you consent to such transfers. We rely on Google's data processing infrastructure, which complies with applicable data protection frameworks.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
